This panel discussion examines how to effectively engage clients who are experiencing various types of trials, including illness, loss, divorce, etc. The panelists speak from their own personal experience as well as from their professional experience to give you practical tools whereby you can engage with clients where they are while offering grace and hope along with the financial advice that their life change necessitates.
Sharon Epps has served as President of Kingdom Advisors since August 1, 2022, after previously serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Training. Sharon has a background in corporate banking, as a stewardship pastor, and as an executive with Crown Financial Ministries and Generous Church. She was also a co-founder of Women Doing Well. Sharon’s passion is to energize stewardship and generosity through highly-leveraged leaders.
T. Randall Fairfax, CFP® is the Private Wealth practice leader with Highland Consulting Associates, Inc. located in Cleveland, OH. Randy received his degree in Accounting and MBA in Finance from the University of Akron. Prior to joining Highland, he was a principal of a wealth advisory firm and in the private client group of a large national bank. He has over 30 years of financial advising, business consulting, and wealth management experience. Randy and his wife, Courtney, have three children and four grandchildren.
Adam Miller is a financial planner at ElderAdo Financial, where he encourages values communication, impact, and sharing wealth and wisdom with the people and organizations that clients care about. He has earned the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation, and he writes and speaks frequently about financial planning, stewardship, and philanthropy. Adam is an advisory board member of National Christian Foundation Colorado and a volunteer facilitator of Journey of Generosity.
Tim Mohns is a financial advisor with Raymond James in Naperville, IL and board co-chair of National Christian Foundation, Greater Chicago. Tim has experienced the transforming power of God’s generosity. As a result, he is committed both personally and vocationally to inviting others to discover the key role generosity plays in living a life of purpose. He and his wife, Rachelle, are the parents of two children and live in greater Chicago.
