This call is part of Rusty Leonard’s presentation “What Do Chicken Sandwiches Have to Do with BRI?” Rusty highlights the controversy with Hobby Lobby and other Christian organizations that are fighting the Obamacare provisions requiring them to provide abortion insurance coverage, the need for Christians to be courageous in engaging the culture, the recent book by the CEO of Whole Foods called Conscious Capitalism and how that compares to BRI and the success achieved by the SRI movement and how that might be a model for BRI. The common theme is how Christians and Christian companies should actively engage the culture in an increasingly hostile environment for Christianity and what might be achieved if we do that wisely.

(ICWR). Rusty and his wife, Carol, founded in 1998 a non-profit ministry, Wall Watchers, that provides insightful research reports on Christian ministries for use by current and prospective donors to those organizations. He is a graduate of Temple University (BBA, with double majors in Finance and Economics, 1981). Rusty is a Charter Member of Kingdom Advisors. Rusty and Carol have three children and reside in Matthews, North Carolina.
