For many, this requires counterintuitive thoughts and actions. You may find it challenging in terms of trust, control, and confidence. But, this should not prevent you from pursuing the substantial benefits this can produce. Paul Anthes examines the benefits, strategies, and outcomes of being “strategically absent” when you are away from work.
