Before starting EPM in 1990, Alcorn co-pastored the Good Shepherd Community Church outside Gresham, Oregon for fourteen years. Randy is a best-selling author of over 50 books including Courageous; Heaven; The Treasure Principle; and the Gold Medallion winner for fiction, Safely Home. He resides in Gresham, Oregon with his wife, Nanci, and their Golden Retriever, Maggie. The Alcorns have two married daughters, Karina and Angela, and are the proud grandparents of five grandsons.
