Kingdom Conversations is a system for facilitating biblically wise conversations with clients, using straightforward tools and resources. This module teaches how to walk with clients through their Halftime journey as they move from a journey of success to a journey of significance. This tool provides space for clients to work out their "core" by understanding and articulating their skills, passions, and roles.

Halftime InstituteLloyd Reeb is a successful real estate developer who made a Halftime® transition in 1993 by redefining success and re-orienting his focus toward second-half significance. His book, From Success to Significance - When the Pursuit of Success Isn't Enough, is a roadmap for mid-life transition. Lloyd is the primary spokesperson for the Halftime movement, helping successful people pursue significance. For more than 15 years, he has dedicated most of his time to speaking about Halftime issues, leading Success to Significance workshops across the country and coaching many individuals in mid-life transition. Lloyd lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife, Linda, and has three adult children.
