This Study Group is presented by John Busacker, a friend of Kingdom Advisors and an expert on leading clients into more effective conversations. In this teaching, John looks at the idea of “full engagement” from a personal and client perspective. He teaches on the difference between burn-out and rust-out, and he links healthy levels of engagement to personal accountability. By sharing a concept called a “sounding board,” Busacker helps you identify areas of life where accountability to other wise and engaged people will deepen your own level of engagement. In this teaching, you will be challenged to think differently about your level of engagement and to pursue input into your life and work in a more intentional manner.

John Busacker

Prior to launching Life-Worth, John was President of The Inventure Group, a global leadership coaching and consulting firm for 20 years and worked as a top financial advisor and leader for 14 years. John is the author of four books - including do less, be more: The Life-Changing Power of Focus and Dare to Answer: 8 Questions That Awaken Your Faith. His travels have taken him to six continents to speak at conferences and train both church and business leaders in the areas of personal engagement, authentic leadership and holistic generosity. John and his wife Carol live in Excelsior Minnesota, and they have two adult sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, one beautiful granddaughter and a badly behaved but lovable Golden Retriever.
