Ron Blue interviews Paul Anthes, Dan Hardt, and Loran Filson on the practicalities of deploying efficiencies in an effort to become more effective. In this interview, the discussion explores the differences between being effective vs. being efficient, and the advisors on the panel discuss their own personal journeys to both define effectiveness and pursue effectiveness by means of utilizing the power of efficiency. You will be inspired and encouraged to hear how other advisors are examining this tension and gaining ground in deploying strategies to become more effective at work.
