Adam Kornegay coaches financial planners and advisors to refine their client experience, create client-friendly messaging, and develop marketing strategies. He previously worked with Wells Fargo Advisors and as a strategy consultant with Experian. Adam is a Registered Corporate Coach and lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife and two children.
Susan Kornegay helps financial planners and advisors define and market a comprehensive and consistent client experience by guiding them to answer the key question, “How are you different?” She also advises on business planning & implementation, team development, and business model transitions. Susan has worked as a financial advisor with Dean Witter, Prudential Securities/Wachovia Securities, and TAMP Loring Ward and is a Certified Kingdom Advisor®. She and her husband live in Knoxville, Tennessee, near their adult son and his family.
Blain Wease is president and founder of Provincial Development Group, where he works with wealth management firms to equip their leaders to lead more effectively, build scale, and realize sustainable growth. He is also the founder of the Nashville Leadership Luncheon. Blain was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and now lives near Nashville, Tennessee with his wife, Shaloma. They are the parents of four children.
