This session will examine the parables of Jesus in a new light as we begin to understand that Jesus used parables to confront religious/political leaders for living off the labor of others. For example, the parable of the rich fool is not aimed at a farmer or an entrepreneur, but rather at members of the ruling class. What can we learn from these parables to apply to today's realities
